In 2022, employees are reconsidering their options after pandemic isolation and the freedom of working remotely. It is a positive organizational culture that is motivating employees to return to a traditional workplace setting. According to a study from Deloitte, “Gen Z and millennials want a better work-life balance, better learning and development opportunities, improved mental health and wellness support, and a greater commitment from businesses to make a positive societal impact.”
Applicants are reassessing their personal priorities. It is becoming increasingly important to job candidates that one’s values align with the mission and objectives of their employer. In an economy where power has shifted to prospective employees who can decide between multiple offers, Gen Zers are flocking to mission-driven organizations.
