2023 Annual Report
PACE Organization of Rhode Island is a not-for-profit health plan that offers services for qualifying adults age 55 and older. These older adults all have complex health needs but want to remain at home. As the insurer, provider, and coordinator of health care and wellness, PACE-RI tailors care plans to meet each participant’s individual needs through a range of service offerings. These services can be delivered in the home, at our health clinics and day centers, and beyond, providing great peace of mind for participants and their caregivers. Since 2005, PACE-RI has served more than 2,000 participants and their families across Rhode Island.
PACE-RI senior citizen programs have consistently shown to improve health outcomes for frail elders. Some examples include:
COVID-19 has created a very dangerous climate for older adults. At PACE-RI, we have taken clear and decisive steps to limit the spread of the coronavirus, by keeping facilities clean and safe during this health crisis. Here is a shortlist of steps we have taken:
PACE-RI serves the entire state (except Block Island and Prudence Island) with four main centers
10 Tripps Lane
The new flagship center and headquarters for PACE-RI. This site provides day center services for the elderly and a health center to the most participants of any site. It is also home to PACE-RI’s administrative, operational, and clinical staff.5 Union Street
Serving the Westerly community for more than 40 years, this day center became part of the PACE-RI organization in 2013. The team here offers a wide range of services and programs. Recently updated and renovated, the center provides comfort and accessibility.781 Social Street
Added in 2016, our Woonsocket location is the fastest-growing PACE site in the state. With its inviting communal spaces and outdoor mural, this site provides a warm and welcoming community for participants.309 Spring Street
PACE-RI partnered with St. Clare Newport in 2019 to provide day center and health care services to residents of Aquidneck Island and surrounding area. With a cheerful building and central location, this site on the St. Clare grounds provides participants and members a bright and calming place to stay healthy and engaged.2023 Annual Report
