PACE Organization of Rhode Island has full-time opportunities for experienced, compassionate Home Care/Certified Nursing Assistants to provide home care services for participants in Providence, Woonsocket and South County locations.
Leads the cultivation and stewardship efforts of the development division within the Marketing Department to maintain a strong pipeline of individual, corporate, government, and foundation funders. Must have fundraising experience. Must have experience using donor database systems. Organizes events, public engagement opportunities, and links community relations with enrollment growth and fundraising potential. Able to work with and support Chief of Marketing and Development; facilitate development committee of the Board; encourage employee giving program; bring creativity, energy and solid community relations to the work; able to track, document and analyze impact and outcomes. Create plan for development; responsible for data and analytics to drive the development strategy; seeks sponsors for events; researches and prepares grants. Able to collaborate with Enrollment Department to foster not only fund development growth but census growth. Must express a sincere interest and commitment to the mission of PACE.
Under the supervision of the Wellness Manager, the Dietician screens and assesses participant nutritional status. Uses pertinent data to plan and implement appropriate nutrition interventions and communicates the same to the interdisciplinary team to ensure the nutritional needs of participants are met, including those participants who are considered to be high risk. Provides direction to staff involved in providing food service to participants, oversees dining at the PACE center and monitors staff to ensure appropriate diet orders are being followed.
This position reports to the Transportation Coordinator and is responsible for pick-up and delivery of passengers on a door-to door basis to and from their destination according to a pre-arranged schedule.
Under the supervision of the PACE Organization of Rhode Island Vice President of Operations, the Transportation Coordinator is responsible for the management and operation of all activities related to transport services, oversight of transportation related staff, vendors and coordination of transportation to outside medical appointments and activities for all PORI clients. This position requires a high degree of problem solving, organizational skills and thorough and clear communication skills. The PACE Organization of Rhode Island operates out of 3 Day Centers (Providence, Westerly & Woonsocket) providing services to nearly 300 participants. The Transportation Coordinator works out of the Providence facility.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide day center participants with quality food in a safe, sanitary environment. It is expected that this professional will follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and assist in the service of food in a courteous manner keeping particular attention to the specific dietary and texture needs of the participants they serve.
