Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) Coordinator
The PACE Organization of Rhode Island is seeking an IDT Coordinator to perform a variety of staff support duties for their Interdisciplinary Team. The IDT Coordinator must possess a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures in order to best assist the Interdisciplinary Team. The IDT Coordinator assists and directs visitors when needed, and resolves Interdisciplinary scheduling problems and inquiries; composes, edits, and proofreads correspondence and reports, and prepares a range of administrative documents resulting from IDT decisions and team meetings.
Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) Secretary
The Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) Secretary performs a wide variety of administrative support duties for PACE-RI’s Interdisciplinary Team as well as PACE-RI’s Adult Day Center in Westerly (ADCW). The IDT Secretary must possess a wide range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. The IDT Secretary assists and directs visitors when needed and resolves IDT scheduling problems and inquiries; composes, edits and proofreads correspondence; and reports, and prepares a range of administrative documents resulting from IDT decisions and meetings. The IDT Secretary serves as an IT Super User for the ADCW and provides ancillary support to other departments as necessary.
Life Enrichment Assistant
Under the direction of the Life Enrichment Coordinator, the Assistant plans and creatively implements daily activity programs such as: exercise groups, weekly devotions, special event planning, educational programs, manicures, arts and crafts and trips.
The PACE Organization of Rhode Island is seeking an Administrative Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The Administrative Assistant serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates administrative outreach and external relations efforts; and supports the completion of special projects. The Administrative Assistant must be able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
CNA, Providence Day Center
Under the supervision of the Day Center Director the CNA provides personal care and services according to individual care plans for participants of the PACE Organization of Rhode Island. Provides personal care and services including toileting, bathing/showering, eating assistance, grooming and oral care. Performs vital sign checks and weight monitoring according to organizational policy and doctor’s orders. Assists with activities programming & other duties as assigned.
Health Center Manager
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Health Center Manager is responsible for monitoring the day to day operations of the health center, communicating and initiating clinical improvement projects related to the Health Center and promoting Interdisciplinary processes.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide day center participants with quality food in a safe, sanitary environment. It is expected that this professional will follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and assist in the service of food in a courteous manner keeping particular attention to the specific dietary and texture needs of the participants they serve.
Day Center Director - Providence
Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations the Day Center Director is responsible for planning, implementation and management of the day to operation of the Adult Day Health Center (ADHC). This includes the supervision of all assigned staff and the provision of services to participants of the PACE Organization of Rhode Island.
Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer the Contract Associate is responsible for negotiating terms and conditions of new and existing contracts for the PACE Organization of Rhode Island. The Contract Associate must possess the ability to develop and maintain sound relationships with vendors; analyze all aspects of PACE-RI contracts, including finance terms; and research health care quality measurement goals. The Contract Associate must be able to successfully coordinate work with contracted providers, the PACE-RI finance team, and clinical staff to finalize contracts.
