Under the supervision of the Day Center Director the CNA provides personal care and services according to individual care plans for participants of the PACE Organization of Rhode Island.
Provides personal care and services including toileting, bathing/showering, eating assistance, grooming and oral care. Performs vital sign checks and weight monitoring according to organizational policy and doctor’s orders. Assists with activities programming & other duties as assigned.
- Valid Rhode Island CNA License
- CPR Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly population
- Valid RI Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation; travel throughout RI for Home Care cases may be required.
